Life is in every sound
Born in 1983, Conductor Valid Ağayev is from Baku, Azerbaijan.
From 2012 to 2017 Mr. Ağayev studied conducting at the High school of Music and Dance in Cologne; first with Professor Luig and later with Professor Rumpf.
At the beginning of 2017 he successfully completed his conducting studies with honours. As part of his studies, he regularly led the Philharmonic Südwestfalen in Cologne and other cities in Germany.
Since January 2014 Mr. Ağayev working as Conductor and Artistic Director of the Attendorn Chamber Orchestra. For this purpose, on numerous occasions he attracted exceptional soloists such as Sergey Dogadin (Joachim competition winner), Nikolai Tokarev(Orpheum Public Award 2006, Gerhard Vielhaber, Shengzhi Guo, Emilie Jaulmes, etc.
In addition to these activities, Valid Ağayev repeatedly fulfilled other obligations, such as performing as a Conductor in Germany and neighbouring countries. In Kiel he worked very successful together with the holder of Orpheus Public Award, pianist Nikolay Tokarev and the Ukrainian National Simphony Orchestra.
Since 2017 Mr. Ağayev has worked successfully as a guest conductor with the Orquesta Clásica Santa Cecilia. In April 2017 he flew to Madrid at a short notice to perform with them for the first time, and then in May to perform with the same Orchestra at the scene of Auditorio Nacional de Música.
Ağayev also successfully performed with the Collegium Musicum Orchestra in Lviv, Ukraine conducting music of Stravinsky, visited Minsk to lead the Amadeus Project Orchestra, etc.
Valid Ağayev attended a specialized music school, then studied violin at the Music Academy in Baku and earned there in 2006 Bachelor of Music. In 2008 he got Master of Music. During his studies as a violinist in Azerbaijan, Mr. Ağayev took the opportunity to take master classes with world famous musicians. These were, for example, M. Rostropovich, D. Sitkovetsky and M. Vengerov.From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Ağayev was a leading violinist and a soloist of the "Gara Garayev" Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra. As part of this activity, he led concert tours u.a. to Germany, France, USA, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Belgium, Russia and the Ukraine.

Ağayev - Conductor
In 2011, he began his conducting career with the Master Course and then in the class of Professor at the Cologne Highschool of Music. Next were master courses with the eminent Conductors like Panula, Kitaenko, Ponkin, and Stepanov. Agayev made his final examination with honors already in the class of Professor Alexander Rumpf. He is conducting such an Orchestras as Ukrainian National Orchestra, Philarmonie Südwestfallen, Classica Santa Cicilia, Amadeus Project Minsk, Collegium Musicum Lviv, etc.
He performs and is in friendly contact with such a famous musicians as Shlomo Mintz, Sergey Dogadin, Nikolai Tokarev, Gerhard Filhaber, Shengzhi Guo and others...

Agayev - Violinist
In 2002 he entered the Baku Academy of Music in a class of violin teacher, professor Atakishiyev. During his studies, he took master classes from Mstislav Rastropovich, Dmitry Sitkovetsky, Maxim Vengerov and Vladimir Spivakov. From 2004 to 2010, Ağayev was a soloist of the State Chamber Orchestra named after Qara Qarayev. He was subsequently the Concertmeister of the MLW orchestra,
Junge Philarmonie Köln and the New Philharmonic Orchestra Cologne.

Ağayev - Music Teacher
In 2013, Ağayev created his new orchetra "RheinSinfonietta Köln", which ıs successfully performıng in several cities in Germany. Great hopes and faith in a rich creative future are entrusted to this orchestra!
Since 2014, he has been teaching Conducting, Violin and Piano, both privately and at the music school in Pulheim.
